One Hundred Above the Park, a 36-story residential tower designed by Studio Gang, is sited prominently on the eastern edge of Forest Park in St. Louis. Its leaf-shaped design and angled glass curtain wall maximize views of the park and Gateway Arch. Four-story tiers create outdoor terraces for many apartments. The building's facade is particularly striking during winter sunsets, when the low-angled light creates dramatic color shifts. The design includes public and retail spaces at ground level, enhancing pedestrian connections between the Central West End and the park.
